- Ensure that waste is properly sorted and packaged as per our guidelines.
- Adhere to the scheduled collection times.
2.1 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify services with prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated to the Client to ensure continued compliance and satisfaction.
3. Payment Terms
All services are subject to the agreed-upon fees outlined in the service contract.
- Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 30 days.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and direct debit.
3.1 Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change based on regulatory updates or changes in service scope. Clients will be notified of any adjustments at least 30 days in advance.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Providing access to waste storage areas during scheduled collection times.
- Ensuring that waste does not pose a hazard to public safety or the environment.
- Notifying the company of any changes in waste management requirements promptly.
5. Company's Liability
Our company strives to provide reliable services; however, Commercial Waste Wanstead is not liable for:
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or traffic conditions.
- Loss or damage to waste due to improper packaging by the client.
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Confidentiality
All information provided by the Client will be treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. In cases of breach of terms, immediate termination may occur without prior notice.
- Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days.
- The company will ensure the safe return or disposal of any remaining waste as per the client's instructions.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wanstead.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes through official communication channels.
10. Acceptance
By utilizing our Commercial Waste Wanstead services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
